ARCHITECTURAL CHANGES TO A PROPERTY:
A Board approved architectural request is required for any changes to your property, excluding minor landscaping. Major landscaping would be any change to a homeowner's property that would affect adjoining neighbor's property, property runoff or changing property that is restricted by government or local county restrictions. See Architectural Rules & Regulations of governing documents. To request a copy of an Architectural Review Form and information on required documents for submission of this form, send request to scottspondcommunityassociation@yahoo.com .
STREET LIGHTS:
If there is an issue with a street light, anyone can call Dominion Power and request that they be repaired. Below is the information you will need:
Dominion Power – 1-888-667-3000
Provide: Name, Address, Pole #, and brief location of pole at each address.
BULLETIN BOARD GUIDELINES:
The Bulletin Board is for the express use of Scott's Pond Homeowners to share community information and to advertise Non-commercial Enterprises (examples include dog-walking, babysitting, grass cutting services, etc.) The Homeowner's Association is not responsible for postings.
ASSOCIATION MEETINGS:
Held the 3rd Thursday of every month at 6:30 p.m. at the JCC Human Resources Building on Old Towne Rd.
ANNUAL DUES:
Due on January 1st every year. Payments must be sent to the post office box listed on the "Contact Us" page of this website.
Community Walking Trails:
Scott's Pond has two walking trails for the enjoyment of our residents. One is located on Essex court and provides public access to the pond and the other is located off of Rockingham Dr. (Please click here for a map of both trails). Please be advised the trail along Rockingham is denoted in Red while the Essex Court trail is denoted in green.
