Complaints: 

If you are filing a compliance complaint, the following information is required:

• Dates of  when the issue happened, to show a repetitive nature;
• pictures;
• your home address and e-mail address;

Please note: If the issue can not be seen from the street, then we must document that you have placed a complaint to the other homeowner.
