Committees:
Architectural Review Committee
Members of the Architectural Review Committee review ARC requests from homeowners to ensure all paperwork & permits are included and correct. Specifically the committee may: (a) approve a request, (b) request additional information from homeowner, (c) approve request with modifications, or (d) deny request. Committee passes final recommendation on to Board for final approval.
Community Committee
Members propose ideas for and arrange community events such as National Night Out, Halloween festivities, and a Bar-B-Que.

ARC Compliance Committee
Members are responsible for ensuring compliance of association guidelines (such as illegal vehicles, uncared for lawns, unauthorized constructions, etc.).
